Only from looking into this I can judge the variety of stock that you have  Just wondering - perhaps not the most relevant question here, but is there any concept of stock theft? I mean if a person uses your stock for a digital piece, is there any way to locate them? Or justify the theft?

Do you mean like if they use the photographic image in their work and don't credit or notify me? In that case, I would ask them to add credit and remind them that they should be notifying me per my license agreement. If for some reason they refused, I would ask DA or the site on which it is hosted to remove it for copyright infringement. So yes, if the license agreement of the stock provider is not followed, it constitutes a violation of the copyright and the original content creator can file a DMCA notice to have it removed.

I hope that was what you were asking xD

As far as pose reference for the stock goes, the only requirement pretty much is that people show me their art. Even though this is fairly simple, lots of people still don't either because they forget or some other reason. Fortunately, many of these artists choose to credit me when they post so I can usually find their work to collect it. This is even easier now that DA's tagging feature notifies me when someone posts my name or icon in their submissions.

Ah I meant that if someone used your work as reference but did not link it back ^^; ... and you explained it pretty well in the second para.

I meant that if the people don't link their works in which they used your poses as reference, then is there anything you can do about it? It is glad to know however that most people do so. And the tagging feature is good but a little problematic at times. I find many people abusing it. However it has its positives

Yes tagging can be abused but in general, it's been a positive for me.

I occasionally find art that I think uses my stock for reference, but there's no credit (which isn't required anyway) but I also haven't been notified. It kind of bothers me since it's a very simple, and practically my only, requirement, but I don't typically say anything since it might just be awkward if it isn't referenced haha :')

Sometimes I will send a note to ask though :3 I like trying to keep a collection of uses that's as complete as possible!

I do understand that it will be positive for you

True... it would be awkward if it was some other stock used (confirming for sure your stock wasn't used).

A collection helps maintain your stock's authenticity!
