When I was watching the music video on YouTube, I observed that when Elsa underwent the transformation to Snow Queen Elsa, her boobs got big, her hips had more sway, and she had a fierce look on her face. Was Elsa based on some kind of supermodel?

I assume that the form fitting dress just allowed her shape to be seen better (as opposed to the layers she'd been wearing before). As far as I know, she's not based on anyone.

In animation they tend to actually 'cheat' that way to play with the viewer's eye, to accentuate the emotion they want to show. It could simply be also as Senshi say, and just layers off added to the sudden confidence she show. Confidence accentuate the look.

Also, Elsa and other characters aren't based on anyone real, except the creator's family and friends around them. Like in The Little Mermaid, Tangled, etc, Ariel & Rapunzel are visually somewhat identical to Glen Keane's daughter's Claire Keane. :)

And generally just making every character within the society's idea of 'beautiful women', or more the media's idea of it. not any specific celebrity. :)
