While this is good finger wise (stair step position in fingers), The head needs to be straight up and down, he looks like he'd be in some pain after a while. Also, the hand needs to go underneath the jaw and fit flush against it. The string needs to touch the tip of his nose and chin that way his eyes are in line with the string which makes for better aiming. His shoulders need to be level and his front shoulder needs to stay down in its socket. Also, the finger over the arrow is never a good idea as it can literally be cut off when he releases the arrow.  The ring finger, middle finger, pointer finger, and pinkie need to all be tucked in and not griping the bow. Having a relaxed hand allows the bow to move forward to the target and also reduces torque on the arrow. Lastly, the right elbow and shoulder need to be rotated around his back. Elbow-arrow alignment and having proper shoulder alignment, also known as "the barrel of the gun" is essential for making sure the arrow flies straight towards the target.

other than that I think he could be a great lookin archer with some form improvements! :D
