:star: :star: :star: Read the RULES! before you USE! :star: :star: :star:

:bulletpink: You can share and distribute the stock as long as you give credit and link to the DeviantArt account.   Any stock found posted without credit will be seen as in violation of this rule. THIS INCLUDES PLACES LIKE PHOTOBUCKET.  If you re-post this stock somewhere, credit must be given.  Do not direct link to the images on DA's servers as it violates their TOS. (This isn't true anymore since DA added the share buttons. You can now share the stock directly from the page and it will give credit automatically! This info isn't in the translated rules, sorry.)

:bulletpink: NOTIFY ME! Show me your art!  If it's on DA, I will fav it.  I also promote some work made using my stock through Thumbshare, stock communities, and my own features. Other places to show me your work: email me Sarah at Sailorastera.com, tumblr, twitter, facebook.

:bulletpink: Credit MUST be given for stock used in photo manipulations.  Prints and off site use is allowed.  A link to this account in your comments is appropriate credit.  For help, read this FAQ page.  For off site, do not just credit to 'SenshiStock' in text, there must be a live hyperlink to the account.

:bulletpink: Credit is greatly appreciated when the stock is used for solely pose reference, but it is not required when making original art using the stock as reference.  Please be advised that DA's FAQ suggests linking to stock used to avoid any "confusion or misunderstandings."  A link to this account in your comments is appropriate credit if you would like to include it.  For help, read this FAQ page.  Please send me a link to your work as I would like to see and collect it.

If you still have questions after reading these, please visit my FAQ! :dummy:

Would it be ok if i did a YCH (Your Character Here)? If so, i promise to credit for each character i do (probably wont be much cause i'm so unpopular on here.) i could give you 50% if profits if it is ok to do this (i was thinking around 6 points/character) be great to hear back! ^w^

If I were to use a stock photo of yours to practice my drawing/shading (traditional) in a practice sketchbook or something of the sort. One that isn't posted anywhere, probably wouldn't be used for completed artwork/drawing, but more parts/anatomy/shading practice does it require a notice as well? Sorry if my wording is confusing...can't think straight at the moment xD. But what I'm trying to ask is If I just use a stock photo of yours to practice say how to draw faces, or arms, knees, full body etc do you still want a notice sent to you?

I'm always interested in seeing the art, even sketches and studies, but you don't have to go out of your way to put it online if you weren't already planning to. :)

Hi!

Thank you for the great reference you provide, dear. Here's the link to an artwork I have created using one of them. Hope you like it. If I need to add a credit back to you, please let me know how <gs id="677cea82-c371-4a39-b9ba-a1bb7aada05a" ginger_software_uiphraseguid="26cfc600-9d39-460d-86e2-b37f2512462d" class="GINGER_SOFTWARE_mark">i</gs> should word it.

Once again, thank you for the goldmine of reference!

I apologize if you are asked this often but is it better to link to the stock or just to your page when crediting a pose inspired by one of your stocks? Your photos help inspire good anatomy practice and also help when a dead-end pops up for posing characters and I want to know how to properly credit you when a piece if finished.

If you're using the stock for pose reference, credit is optional. Notification of use is still required. If you'd like to give credit you can link to the main account or the image used, I have no preference. :) Glad it's helpful!

First, thank you so much for these awesome references, I can't express how much they have helped me on a university project. I used these images as reference for a 3D model (for a avatar creator) and to use as textures as well. I haven't published them anywhere yet, but if I wish to I only need to give credit and link it right?

I don't have it on DA (I plan to put on my folio, but only after making some cool poses and some awesome armor :D), but I can email them to you if you wish.

So, I don't know what this will fall under, but I have a teeny mini project on Society for Uni and want to do it on cosplay, and my idea is to use a photo of a pose or two, and draw cartoony version of cosplay outfits to overlay on top like those old paper dolls, and was wondering if using a couple of your photos would be okay for that, as I won't really be changing them, just using the photo you have of them.

I just wanna double check, because I like your stock so much :)
I'm trying to become a graphic novel artist and I'm really just building a stock library right now that I can use as drawing reference, but I really want to keep my collection to only things I do not have to pay for if/when I use it for reference in some published form. So is it okay with you if I someday get something published using a pose I drew from your stock? (I will def. let you know if that happens obv.) Thanks!

Hello! I am not sure if this would be an obvious question or not, but would it be alright then for me to submit an original work I used a pose in to my school's literary magazine? I gave credit for it on my dA account and linked back before, but I wasn't sure if it would be alright to submit it to something else. Thanks!

That falls within the CC BY 3.0 license, so yes. If it's a manipulation then credit and notification are required, if it's just a pose reference then you only need to show me the art. :D

If you use it for pose reference, all you have to do is show me the art. The fastest and easiest way to do that would be to @ me in the Artist's Comments because I will get a notification automatically. But credit is optional with pose reference, so if you want to send me a comment or a note with a link, that's fine, too. :D
